La Tabaquera is located in Guaduas, Colombia, 110 Km northwest of the capital city of Bogota'. La Tabaquera covers 57 hectares with a 390 HA extension that will be an underground coking coal operation which plans to acquire coking ovens and sell premium coke to the international steel industry.

Infrastructure:  New Ruta del Sol Highway will provide a well maintained road to truck coke to port terminals in Barranquilla.

  1. Completed and submitted a Works Program to the National Mining Agency for a mining permit
  2. Hired SGS to complete a drilling program supervised by a Qualified Person (QP) as defined by National Instrument 43-101 of Canada.  Once the drilling is complete according to their program, the QP will deliver an N.I. 43-101 Technical Report.
  3. Completed the baseline of an environmental impact study.  It will be submitted once the drilling and mining plan are complete so we can document how we will mitigate our environmental impact.
